At Ladys Changing the World (LCTW), every product is printed specifically for each customer. Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer preference.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective or misprinted

• Incorrect due to our production partner's error

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Size Exchanges

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. Since each item is custom made, we cannot offer exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
